Three guys with a shared love for the Grateful Dead and great local beer decide to make a difference.  Several years of planning and many conversations around the right location, styles of brewing, and of course our favorite Dead set; we found the right cause and location.  Our restored historical building is more than just a structure; it’s a community asset. Stimulating a cultural revival and strengthening community pride. Nestled in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand Brewing Company (GSB) stands as a testament to the transformative power of an anchor business in urban revitalization.  Our hope is that the brewery will be a driving force behind the resurgence of the city’s social and economic vibrancy.  We love that GSB is a place to enjoy well-built beer; it’s also a cultural hub that fosters a sense of belonging and community pride.
